The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Bill "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine" (re the Prevention of the Negative CThe Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine" (re the Prevention of the Negative Consequences of the Finance and Economic Crisis on Oil-Refining Industry)

The Law introduce number of amendments to the laws of Ukraine aiming at the rising of effectiveness of the oil market functioning and also at the protection of the Ukrainian producers.

In particular it is suggested that the export tax on bitumen at the rate of 10% from the customs price; exclusion from the objects of taxation of oil products that are imported for the industrial processing during to the direct contracts etc.

The corresponding Bill is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, №3515.
